We regard comprehensive care as the basis for the successful use of one of the Faber Machines – especially during the training period.

Therefore we offer our customers an individual, comprehensive service:

We train your personnel intensively to ensure smooth work with our machines.

Our technical engineers are available by telephone 24 hours, 7 days a week and will come to your jobsite in order to support you as quickly as possible.

If your machines are working Europe-wide, we are able to remote control your machines via GSM in order to confirm a quick diagnosis and remove malfunctions.

In case of sickness or holiday of your operator, our personnel is available for you to step in and guarantee continuous work.

Furthermore we offer you an annual inspection to keep your machines up to date.

We have a fully equipped spare parts depot and are therefore able to provide you with any spare or wear parts within the shortest time.

Naturally we will support you in any regard during the entire lifespan of your machine.
